Well to begin, your friend wont be fined, he'd be sued. Secondly tell your friend to disable uploads on limewire. It's virtually impossible to be caught if you're just downloading, it's the uploaders they catch, they want to stop the uploads because without uploaders there are no downloaders. Also, lets say you did receive a court summons over this, the prosecution will just have a cookie cutter argument against you since they use the same reasons against everyone else they prosecute, it's simply a scare tactic, if you have a half descent lawyer you'll get off free and clear. I need help with my anxiety disorders and depressive disorder?

Since late 2008, I've had severe anxiety, first about school, and then I started worrying about everything (GAD), and then it went downhill from their. I started becoming obsessive compulsive over my anxiety, I would keep repeating things, and checking their in order, and I was always in the general feeling that If I didn't do something, something bad would happen. Then I remember the anxiety got so severe in early 2009, that I couldn't sleep and lost interest in everything I did. About a year ago, I saw a psychiatrist and he put me on prozac, which till now doesn't help me much, but helps me more with depression. Basically, the anxiety was so severe that I kept having flashbacks, and worrying about everything. After a few months, July/ august 2009, I was very depressed, and anxious and the way I was living was horrible. As I got back to school in september I couldn't hide it anymore. The anxiety, and depression was so severe, I started getting bad marks in school, and I wouldn't talk to people anymore. In november, I was sent to the mental hospital till january, had an essment done (disgnosed with clincal anxiety and depression), and had some meds changed, but still I was living pretty bad. Two weeks later I started CBT, and I finished like a week ago, and I feel a but better. If i'm in a stressful situation, I can do the whole CBT procedure in my head and reduce the anxiety, but theirs still a constant feeling of anxiety and depression, even thought I try not to follow through on compulsive behaviors, and rethink whatever i worry about. I saw my psychyatrist 17 days ago, and she gave me .5mg ativan, in addition to 150mg seroquel xr, and 50mg prozac to get me through the school year. She said that she will give me 30 0.5mg ativan pills to take 1 a day or whenever I need it. So far, I've only taken 2 pills, and I try to avoid taking it, and she told me she doesn't like to change meds before the end of the school year. So I made an appointment after my exams to get my meds changed, because prozac doesn't help me much, and seroquel calms me down a bit, but I'm doing everything I can, and I'm still having a difficult time. I've made myself more social, and am following a structured schedule on a daily basis, but I've made myself function a lot better. I'm just hoping that the meds can help me more. So what would you think would help? I've been on prozac, seroquel, risperdal, zyprexa, inderal, and klonopin, and yet nothing has really helped me. I was think of a new antidepressent like effexor xr, lexapro, celexa or anything like that. What do you think?

Need inspiration to lose weight?

I had bleeding ulcers from taking years of Excedrin for migraines and didn't realize it until I became anemic and lost my energy. I ended up gaining 35 lbs from the loss of energy. I had to go to the emergency room to get a transfusion and also found out I had high blood pressure and an irregular hear beat. Ever since I've taken my heart medication, I hardly ever get migraines anymore, and I also have gotten my heart beat to a better rhythm. I just can't get my weight down, because I'm stuck in a whirlwind of "heaviness" that's slowing me down, and it only depresses me. I can't take diet pills because of my medications. I don't know what to do!

always be honest with your doctor. the answer isn't always to treat a drug issue with another drug. only your doctor can offer the proper treatment for YOU. everyone is different, but if you tell your doctor exactly what is going on when you've tried to stop, he/she may think your desire is apporpriate. fyi, those anti-smoking drugs like chantix and zyban aren't supposed to be stopped cold turkey, the appropriate way to stop is to slowly taper and decrease the dosage. you probably don't need an anxiolytic, but rather appropriate drug cessation. make sure to ask about that too.

Question about schizophrenia?

Schizophrenia has run in my family for several generations. One thing that has my curiosity is the recent realization that all of the family members with the disorder that I have known personally have also been dyslexic. No other family member has shown evidence of dyslexia. Hi, The Golden Retriver has an incredilbe amount of energy, please beware that you will need to have him/her excerciesed immensnsly. They are great with kids/ family.....as for a guard dog, well that will depend on the character. This dog just like Labrator Retriver they are "retrievers" they love water and an incredible amount of activity! Walking, is not enough, unless it is hiking,includes jogging/ swimming. Do not get me wrong they are incredible dogs, they tend to shed in summer months because of thier coat and unless you have the time and energy reconsider.

I also had a "shocking feeling" during both of my pregnancies. I think that it was just the babies making quick little kicking movement right at the cervix. I also went through periods of not feeling movement, sometimes for days which really concerned me. I asked a Q on here a few days ago about being 100% of the because I had my anatomy scan u/s at 18 weeks the other day and the tech *thinks* it's a boy but sounded vague and I want to know for sure, so some people said to wait a couple weeks to get the other u/s, but I asked my OB yesterday and he said I don't get ANY more u/s's. At Kaiser (my HMO) they do one in the 1st trimester and one at 18 weeks and that's IT. He told me no more at all throughout the pregnancy unless there was something medically wrong. So now I'm wondering what do most doctors do? Are you all getting one at 20 something weeks also??? How many u/s's are you getting altogether???

Wow Piper..this is a very hard situation for you, and I can tell that it's really hurting you. My dad fought the school system to keep me OUT of special Ed, and in 'mainstream' school. I'm not stupid (though sometimes a bit naive and sometimes ignornat), I jsut had my problems tah I got help for and dealt with. I was lucky enough to PROVE to the school, and eventually other students, that I was not learning disabled, just different. Parochial and private schools DO cost more, and many of them do test students forthe ability to handle the harder and more in-depth cles. I tested, like a lot of otherkids I knew, and I did make the scores that would have allowed me to go to almost any school I wanted. I opted to stay in the public school system for my own reasons, and I have not regretted that atall, and you should not feel any regret that your 'friends' didn't test high enough to get into he schools that they wanted. It's really a shame that they turned on you like that, but that in itself should tell you what kind of 'friends' they really are. It sounds cold, but you should go on with what you have earned the right to do, and that is to choose what is best for YOU, regardless of anyone else's opinion. Anyone that is a REAL and TRUE friend would NEVER act that way towards you. As bad as it may sound, you a e better off cutting your 'losses' now, and finding freinds that really ARE friends. It's sad and it's mean what they are doing to you, and it's THEIR loss by not just accepting wha tis a plain and simple fact; you earned it.

I live in Central CT and have visited that area. Its super super close to the Thompson Motor Speedway in CT which is a hotbed of traffic, noise & late night parties. The season runs from April - the end of October. So its not like raceweek in Daytona or anything. This is a whole summer every single summer. As "underground" as you may think racing is, believe me - its not. The people there with their rv's & such stay up there for 5-6 days and have bonfires at night. A lot of them drink and really don't make an effort to be quiet. It might be something worth looking a little further into before you move.

A question about past lives?

Now this is kinda an odd stretch as to how I got to needing this answer. So a few months ago I went to this house with my friend. It has the worst vibe to it. Just basically oozes evil. Well a darkness, evil sounds a bit harsh. Anyways after that something followed me home that night. It's dark, strong, and intimidating. He scares my friend but not me. Not really. Will replacing the hydraulic unit fix the problem?

I have a 1994 Ford Explorer and its brakes have been working bad lately. It hits the floor most of the time when I break. I took it to the shop to see what was its problem and they said that air got in the brake fluid in the master cylinder and hydraulic unit, and wanted me to replace those two parts along with all the hoses and callipers, which would cost me over $2000 including labor. My dad told me he's going to by a used hydraulic unit or master cylinder or both (things are cheaper where he lives) and replace it for me. He didn't really specify which one he's going to buy and I don't remember telling him which one, but it's one of the two or both. If I replace one of those or both without replacing the hoses and callipers, will it fix the problem? Or is absolutely necessary to replace absolutely everything?
