Why does this kind of harment happen on the first day of Eid?

Salam.The conditions on the first day of eid Adha in Cairo that makes this prevalent because (1)the teen agers have bad moral against with Islam due to the bad quality of islamic religion study in their schools and also in their homes by their parents (2)they selected the first day of Eid for making harrasment as oppose to any other day,due to on that day most women will go to the mosques or fields for conducting Eid praying in togetherness and most of them are walking on the streets as pedestrians.
