What plants should i plant in front of my house (pic included)?

Russian Sage would be nice, it would add color and it smells great. It is a perennial and is easy care, it can get about 3 feet tall and spreads out and has an airy look to it. Russian Sage is extremely valuable for its long season of bloom in the summer garden. Plant forms a bushy upright clump of greyish leaves that are lacy and fragrant. Spikes of rich violet-blue flowers appear in high summer, continuing into late fall. An extremely versatile garden plant, Russian Sage loves hot, sunny sites and will fit right into the perennial border Attractive to erflies. Prune in spring to no lower than 6 inches. Selected as Perennial Plant of the Year in 1995--a href="http://images.google.ca/images?sourceid=navclient&rlz=1T4ADBS_enCA315CA208&q=photos+of+russian+sage&um=1&ie=UTF-8&ei=BBM5Sp2fGYikNe69vY8N&sa=X&oi=image_result_group&resnum=1&ct=title" rel="nofollow"http://images.google.ca/images?sourceid=…/a
