Can anyone recommend any web sites or books to help me learn Maxwell Render? Downloaded demo but im lost!?

Downloaded demo from Maxwell website and have been exporting my Rhino models into it. Trying to render them but getting nothing at all. Need to learn the basics from somewhere but cant find anything
