omfg i was just thinking it this afternoon. i saw a billy ray music video my sister was watching on disney channel. nobody would have liked him before Hannah Montana came out. same with miley, she's an okay singer, not that good an actress, and okay hot but since she has a disney show a bunch of kids like her , dispite all those skanky pics of her every 2-4 months. Disney just loves milking miley and jonas for more than they're worth. as for mandy, i saw the youtube show and knew in a year or 2 they will be giving out secrets about eachother and/or calling eachother skanks, s, sluts etc. best friends yeah right...
