How to get rid of bacne? neutrogena body wash?

alrighty so i have horrible bacne all on my upper back and i only have till this weekend to get rid of it.. or at least most of it. so i was looking up ways to get rid of it and i saw neutrogena body wash mentioned a lot.. will that work fast? and i do not have time to see a dermatologist or anything so it would be awesome if someone knows of something i can just go buy at a store or some weird homemade thing that works. thank you!
