Where has all of the "nicety" gotten Obama with our enemies?

China and Russia certainly care not about Iran's pursuit of Nuclear Weapons. Why would they? They are repressive regimes just the same. Turkey aligns themselves with tough guys not wimps as Obama is perceived. Has Obama painted himself in a corner and sanctions will be ineffective and ignored against Iran?
