Is there environmentally friendly rubber stamp ink? Soy ink? Other?

I should also ask.. anyone have any other ideas for greening my wedding and reception? It's a destination wedding (Vegas) I know, not very green.. but the reception is close to all of my family and friends. Very small budget. Any other ideas? I've just started planning.
