What happens if my parent lets me drink alcohol at a restaurant/bar ?

How can a non-American, who doesn't live in America, think they can speak for this Country? No your parent's AREN'T allowed to buy you Alcohol. Your parents can buy alcohol for themselves, and if no one notices you getting a drink from them hey it's all good. As the first person said most will "turn a blind eye" as long as you act responsible about it. Yeah your parents are technically breaking a law, but it is a rather minor law. It is more there to make parents be responsible and not serve their irresponsible kids. Like you said you aren't doing it to get drunk, so no one is likely to notice with you.
