Pokemon Pearl Feebas Breeding Help!?

I have this shiny feebas and I bred it with my ditto three times and its always a regular feebas does anyone know any tips on how to hatch a shiny feebas and don't tell me to breed it with another shiny feebas because I spent 3 hours searching for one and i didn't even find a regular one!
