Question about schizophrenia?

Schizophrenia has run in my family for several generations. One thing that has my curiosity is the recent realization that all of the family members with the disorder that I have known personally have also been dyslexic. No other family member has shown evidence of dyslexia. I can't think of any logical reason that the two would be ociated, and I've found only a few tered anecdotal reports of an apparent possible link of the two conditions. I'd like to know if anyone else has or has not experienced or noticed a coincidence of the two factors. Thanks.
