How to make her a proper lady?

My daughter is very lazy, she does not like helping with housework nor does she like doing homework to the best of her ability. She hates cleaning her room and when I force her to clean it it gets messy in a week. She throws clothes on the floor and leaves garbage from her trips to the shop all around her closet even though she has a garbage bag in the room. She is rude to her sister and says it is too much effort to try to be nice to her as she would rather do something else. She slouches, can't close her mouth when she eats (because apparently her braces make it uncomfortable). She does not brush her teeth well nor does she take care of her nails and she says she isn't really into nails. She doesn't cut or file them. I think she thinks that it takes too much effort to remember. In school she is unorganized and messy, her teacher and friends have noticed and commented on this. She is thirteen years old and I don't know what to do to make her into a lady. Please help me.
